About Jack Ryan Whiskey
I n our own bonded Dublin Maturation Hall, The Ryans are the only independent whiskey finishers who mature, finish, and bottle their products. We have established a network of cooperating domestic and international beverage companies as well as a collection of provenanced casks. We are constantly searching for that one unique cask that will add something exceptional to the flavour of superb aged malt. Along with traditional treatments, we also experiment with eclectic and unique finishes.
In addition to the Ryan Cask Elite Finish line, which consists of 300 to 500 bottles of Cask Strength or Single Cask malt, we also manufacture small batches of 2,500 to 10,000 bottles that are numbered, signed, and have the cask origin documented.
