AIMA aims to promote the steady expansion of industries and establish peaceful relationships amongst them-
- To defend the interests of industries by representing them before government representatives and serving as an arbitrator to settle labor conflicts,
- By encouraging members to act professionally,
- Distributing knowledge and information through seminars, workshops, and scheduling training sessions to enhance organizational environment and work culture,
- To learn about the many government-created programmers and to take advantage of them,
- To plan swift direct action for members in a time of crisis
